TERMS & CONDITIONS

We love referrals and want to make sure the process is clear for everyone involved.

How to Submit a Referral Referrals must be introduced directly by you or submitted with your name included in the contact form. We cannot credit a referral after the fact if your name was not attached at the point of contact.

When Referral Fees Are Paid Referral fees and nonprofit donations are paid once per month, after we have received payment from your referred client for their services. We will not issue payment in advance of collecting from the referral.

Invoice Requirement We require an invoice from you before any referral fee can be paid out. No exceptions. We do not cover payment processing fees, so please invoice for your net amount.

Nonprofit Donations If you prefer to direct your referral fee to a nonprofit of your choice, we will notify you once the donation has been made.

Existing Prospects If we are already in conversation with your referral through another channel, we will let you know. No referral fee will be paid if the referred contact was already an active prospect at the time of your introduction.
