  • For the existing 17hats user who is stuck on one specific thing and needs to work through it in real time.

    We meet for 60 minutes on Google Meet, record the call, and work through whatever you came to solve. Best for targeted troubleshooting, learning a specific feature, or getting unstuck on something that has been sitting on your list too long.

    Book directly, no Strategy Session required.

    You will receive:

    • The session recording

    • A filled-in session workbook with notes, findings, and next steps


    Book a 17hats Unstuck — $200

  • For the service provider who is ready to hand off their entire 17hats build to someone who will do it right.

    After your Strategy Session, we build your full 17hats account from the ground up or overhaul what already exists. Everything is set up, tested, and handed back to you with a recorded walkthrough. Delivered over 2 to 3 weeks.

    Strategy Session required before booking.

    Includes:

  • That is exactly what the Audit is for. We assess what is there and tell you what to keep, what to fix, and what to rebuild.

  • Our services are designed for solo service providers. If you have a team with complex permission needs we can discuss fit on a Chemistry Call.

  • Your contract language, email copy, pricing, and brand assets. We will send you a detailed intake form after your Strategy Session.

  • Absolutely. Many clients start with an Unstuck or Audit to get a feel for working with us, then move into a System Setup when they are ready.
