the story behind our work

We’re not a task farm. We’re a strategic partner that happens to also get things done. Every engagement starts with understanding your business, your goals, and the systems — or lack thereof — that are either supporting or slowing you down. Then we build, implement, and stay in the work with you until the backend runs the way it should.

Since 2019, we’ve worked with notable coaches and entrepreneurs worldwide — including Lynne Twist from The Soul of Money Institute and Jenna Arnold, one of the national organizers of the Women’s March. We’re proudest of the clients who came to us overwhelmed and left with a business that finally worked for them.

I DIDN’T PLAN TO BUILD AN AGENCY.
I PLANNED TO MAKE BUSINESS EASIER.

I spent a decade teaching and supporting — first as a Spanish teacher, then as a professional organizer — before I noticed a gap in the world of online business. Visionary entrepreneurs had no shortage of ideas and ambition. What they were missing was someone to implement. Someone who could take the mess of a growing business and turn it into a machine that actually ran.

So I built Simplify, Simplify. What started as solo VA work grew into a full virtual support micro-agency — a powerhouse team of specialists who handle the strategy, systems, and execution that keep service-based businesses moving.

I’m a former educator turned systems strategist and the person behind this whole operation. I built this team because I believe every visionary deserves a second-in-command who actually gets it done. A bit more about me

  • Fact 01

    I spent a decade as a Spanish teacher before realizing my real skill wasn’t just teaching. It was taking complicated, messy things and making them make sense. Turns out, that translates really well to running a business.

  • Fact 02

    I’m a founding member of the 17hats Ambassador program, which basically means I’ve been building CRMs, workflows, and backend systems since before most people realized they needed them. If it’s messy, I’ve probably fixed it.

  • Fact 03

    When I’m not running this agency, I’m probably rewatching Outlander or Severance, playing Disney Dreamlight Valley, or reorganizing something that was perfectly fine five minutes ago. My Standard Schnauzer is deeply involved and wildly unqualified.

  • Fact 04

    I built this business while raising a daughter and managing chronic illness, which means everything I create is designed to actually work in real life. Not just in theory. If a system doesn’t make things easier, I’m not interested.

From scheduling and inbox management to content updates and client care, Caitlin shows up fully for every client — and she brings a level of organization and follow-through that makes everything run smoother.

    VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

    Ambreen brings deep expertise in calendar management, website design and development, and email marketing to the team. She also holds skills in graphic design, video editing, and SEO. Ambreen is meticulous, personalized in her support, and committed to helping every client achieve their goals with care and precision.

  • Ciara

    SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

    A Mindful Marketing Strategist based in Los Angeles, Ciara brings a rare blend of creative vision and strategic execution to every brand she works with. She’s helped design strategies and produce high-performing content for over 300 businesses — including Whole Foods Market, FanDuel, and Jack in the Box. Her focus is on authentic audience connection and content that actually converts.

  • TICCOA

    CANVA DESIGN & VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

    A former K-5 teacher with a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature, Ticcoa has been working virtually since 2016 supporting authors, coaches, and entrepreneurs. She published her first book in 2020 and brings a deep love of language, design, and the written word to every deliverable. She thrives behind the scenes — which is exactly where great design lives.
