  • On the standard tiers, yes — you provide the long-form content and we adapt and publish it. If you want us to draft it for you, the AI-Assisted tiers include that. You always review before anything goes live.

  • We work in advance wherever possible. If you need to pause, we ask for 30 days written notice. The 3-month minimum applies before pausing or canceling.

  • On the standard tiers, captions are adapted from your long-form content with light editing for the platform. On AI-Assisted tiers, we draft captions from a brief you provide and you review before posting.

  • Email newsletters via Kit, Flodesk, or Mailchimp. Blog posts to your website. Substack. LinkedIn posts, articles, and newsletters. Instagram and Facebook (static posts and carousels — no video or Reels).

  • Yes. Additional content beyond your monthly scope is available at $35 per post.
