Included in every Email Marketing Setup:

  • Platform branding to match your website so everything looks cohesive and professional

  • Up to 2 opt-in forms connected to your list

  • 1 welcome automation with up to 5 emails (you provide the copy, we build and sequence it)

  • Basic tagging and segmentation so your list stays organized as it grows

  • Integration with your website and existing lead magnet

  • Platform training so you know how to use what we built

Platforms at standard rate: Kit (ConvertKit), Flodesk, Mailchimp

Other platforms: ActiveCampaign, Keap, AWeber, MailerLite, and others are available and quoted case by case.

Not included: Writing your email copy, domain authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC — referred to a specialist), complex segmentation or advanced automation builds, or multiple lead magnet integrations.

Add-ons: Additional opt-in forms at $100 each. Additional automations up to 3 emails at $300 each (you provide copy).

We get to know your business and figure out which option is the right fit.

Book a Strategy Session
We map out your platform, your list, your lead magnet, and the welcome sequence you want in place. You leave with a clear picture of what we are building and a proposal.

Onboarding
After accepting your proposal, we send you a clear list of exactly what we need: brand assets, email copy, opt-in details, and platform access. Your timeline starts when we have everything.

step four

We build it
We set up your full email marketing system. You will not need to manage the process.

Handoff and training
When the build is complete we walk you through everything so you know exactly how it works.

  • Not necessarily. If you have not chosen a platform yet we can discuss the options on your Chemistry Call.

  • Yes. We build and sequence your automation but we do not write the copy. If you need help with copy we are happy to refer you to someone.

  • Other platforms are available and quoted case by case. Bring it up on your Chemistry Call.

  • Domain authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) is referred out to a specialist. We will connect you with the right person. It is important for deliverability and worth doing.

  • Yes. Additional automations are available at $300 each. You provide the copy and we build and sequence it.

  • Many clients move into Lead Magnet Design to make sure their opt-in is strong enough to grow the list, or into additional nurture sequences. We will discuss natural next steps in your proposal.
