STRATEGY SESSION — $250

For building the foundation.

This is for new and prospective clients who are ready to get serious about their systems, their services, or their operations but aren't sure where to start or what to invest in first. We come in, map out the big picture, audit what you have already built, and leave you with a clear recommendation for what to do next and how we can help.

You will walk away with:

  • A filled-out workbook with our notes and full recommendations

  • A recorded Loom audit of your website with honest, specific feedback

  • The session recording to reference later

  • A written proposal outlining our recommended next steps and investment

This is the starting point for every client relationship. Before we build anything together, we do this first.

SANITY SESSION — $197

This is for existing or returning clients who know their business, know something is off, and just need to talk it through with someone who gets it. No lengthy prep required. Show up, tell us what is going on, and leave with a clear picture of what actually matters right now and what to do about it.

You will walk away with:

  • The session recording

  • 2-3 prioritized next steps you can act on immediately

This is not a strategy overhaul. It is a focused working session for a specific issue. If it turns out the issue is bigger than one session can solve, we will tell you that honestly.

We spend a few minutes figuring out where you are, what you need, and whether we are a good fit. No pressure, no pitch.

Book a Strategy Session
Once we know we are a match, we book a 60-minute working session. This is where we get into it. We dig into your business, map out what needs to happen, and figure out exactly what support looks like for you. The call is recorded and you walk away with clarity regardless of what comes next.


step three

Proposal for Services
Within a few business days, you will receive a proposal outlining exactly what we are doing and what it costs. You review it, sign the contract, and submit your invoice. Nothing starts until everything is in writing and you are good to go.

We Get to Work
After onboarding, we hit the ground running. Whether you are starting with task-based support, a premium project, or both, you will know exactly what to expect and when.

  • Yes. Every client relationship starts with a Strategy Session. It is how we make sure we are recommending the right service for where you actually are, not just what sounds good on paper.

  • Sanity Sessions are designed for clients we already know. If we have not worked together yet, a Strategy Session is the right starting point.

  • Both sessions require a few short questions at the time of booking. That is all we need from you. Show up ready to talk through what is going on and we will handle the rest.

  • You can book additional sessions at any time. Some clients do a Strategy Session and move straight into a service. Others do a Sanity Session every few months as a check-in. There is no wrong answer.

  • You will receive a written proposal outlining what we recommend and what it costs. There is no obligation to move forward. Some clients use the session and proposal as a roadmap and implement on their own. That is completely fine.

  • That is a Sanity Session. Book it, show up, and we will get you unstuck.
