  • A full website built from scratch or rebuilt to reflect where your business actually is. Five pages designed around your offers, your brand, and your client journey. This is for the service provider who needs a complete online presence that converts.

    Includes:

    • Up to 5 pages designed and built to reflect your brand and current offers

    • Mobile responsiveness so it looks right on every device

    • Basic SEO setup so you can be found

    • Contact form connected and ready to receive inquiries

    • Basic brand integration (your colors, fonts, and logo)

    • Domain name transfer and setup

    • AI-assisted copy guidance to help you prepare your content

    • Platform training so you can make simple updates on your own

    Timeline: approximately 4 weeks from receipt of all assets.

    Add-ons: Extra pages at $400 each. Blog post migration at $150 per 10 posts. Booking tool integration (Calendly or Acuity, up to 3 appointment types) at $250.

  • A clean, single-page scrolling site with everything a service provider needs to get found, build trust, and convert visitors into leads. No bloat, no extras — just a professional web presence that works.

    Includes:

    • Single scrolling page with clear sections for your key content

    • Mobile responsiveness and contact form

    • Basic brand styling and domain name transfer and setup

    • AI-assisted copy guidance to help you prepare your content

    Best for: service providers launching a new offer, building a minimum viable web presence, or testing a new direction before committing to a full site.

    Timeline: approximately 2 weeks from receipt of all assets.

  • One focused page built to drive one specific action. Whether it is a lead magnet opt-in, a service offer, a launch, or an event — a landing page is designed to convert, not to browse.

    Includes:

    • Single-page design with section-based scroll navigation

    • Mobile optimization and CTA integration

    • Branded Canva graphics or visuals

    • Platform setup

    • AI-assisted copy guidance to help you prepare your content

    Timeline: approximately 1 to 2 weeks from receipt of all assets.

    Add-ons: Additional landing pages at $800 each. Branded Canva graphics beyond what is included at $100 per set of 3.

    Thinking about upgrading to a full site later? If you book a full 5-page website within 30 days of your landing page delivery, we will credit $500 toward the full site investment.

  • WordPress needs regular updates to stay secure and functional. If you would rather not think about that, we handle it for you every month.

    Once your site is live, the work is not quite over. WordPress core, themes, and plugins need regular updates to stay secure, compatible, and running the way they should. Skipping updates is one of the most common reasons WordPress sites break or get compromised.

    Our Monthly WordPress Maintenance plan takes that off your plate entirely. Every month between the 1st and the 15th, we run all updates, check security, and take care of any minor content edits you need — up to 30 minutes worth.

    WHAT IS INCLUDED AT $200/MONTH:

    • WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates

    • Security checks

    • Minor content edits up to 30 minutes per month

    • Documentation of everything we do

    Need more than 30 minutes of content help in a given month? Additional time is billed at $75/hr with your approval before we start. To cancel, let us know in writing at least 14 days before your next billing cycle.

Not Included: Full copywriting from scratch.

We offer AI-assisted copy guidance to help you organize and prepare what you want to say before the build begins, but we do not write your website copy. If you need a copywriter, we are happy to refer you to someone we trust.

We also do not include advanced custom code or development, complex e-commerce builds, or blog post migration (available as an add-on on full website projects).

Book a Strategy Session
We map out your pages, your client journey, and exactly what the site or page needs to do. You leave with a clear picture of what we are building and a proposal.

step three

Gather Your Assets
After accepting your proposal, we send you a clear list of exactly what we need: your copy, brand assets, photos, and any platform access. Your timeline starts when we have everything.

step four

We Build It
We design and build your site or page. You will receive a review link when it is ready for your feedback. We make revisions and finalize before handoff.

step five

Handoff and Training
When the build is complete we walk you through how to use your site and make simple updates on your own.

  • Yes. We design and build around the content you provide. We do not write website copy from scratch, but we do offer AI-assisted copy guidance to help you organize and prepare what you want to say before the build begins. If you need a full copywriter, we are happy to refer you.

  • We can help you decide on your Chemistry Call. Squarespace and Wix are our most common platforms and tend to be the smoothest to build and maintain. WordPress is available for clients who need it.

  • A one-page website is your full online home. A landing page is built for one specific conversion action. They look similar but serve different purposes. Not sure which you need? Bring it to the Chemistry Call.

  • Additional pages are available at $400 each. We will discuss the full scope during your Strategy Session.

  • We handle full rebuilds and refreshes. Bring your existing site to the Chemistry Call and we will assess what needs to happen.

  • We can set up a blog as part of your full site build. Migration of existing posts is available as an add-on at $150 per 10 posts.
