Project Overview: When Nick Brown came to me, Castillo Mobile Cigar Lounge was already turning heads at weddings, golf tournaments, and corporate events across the Carolinas. But the backend was a mess. Leads sat unanswered, pricing was too uncertain to quote with confidence, and every new inquiry meant starting from scratch. Together, we built a custom 17hats setup that automated the entire client journey, locked in a tiered pricing structure Nick actually believes in, and gave him a system that works as hard as he does on event day.
