Project Overview: When Erin Torres came to me, LaLeona Marketing was already doing serious work for serious clients — furniture manufacturers, women-owned businesses, vision-led brands. But the business behind the business was a mess. Services were quoted from memory, pricing shifted with every new inquiry, and Erin was absorbing work that should have belonged to her team. We worked together across three Strategy Sessions to build something she'd never had: a defined service suite, a client journey she could actually sell from, and pricing she believed in before she got on the call.
