Both mean you hand something off and it comes back finished.
Two kinds of Done For You support
Both are done-for-you, handled by Liz and the team, and delivered with the same attention to detail.
The difference is the scope of what you need built and how involved you want to be in the process.
TASK-BASED SUPPORT
You're ready to delegate.You have a running list of things that need handling. Inbox, scheduling, research, onboarding, admin. You do not need a project built, you need reliable hands to work through the pile. That is our VA services: My Gal Friday for occasional help, and Pepper Potts for consistent weekly support.
PREMIUM SERVICES
You need something built. A website, an email marketing system, a 17hats setup, a lead magnet, a course platform. These are defined projects with clear deliverables, scoped and priced after your Strategy Session. Our team designs, builds, and hands it back to you ready to use.
You're not a tech wizard.Here is the simplest way to think about it:
→ If you have tasks that need doing and you need someone to do them, that is task-based support.
→ If you need something built right or set up from scratch, that is a premium service.

Book a Chemistry Call
We spend a few minutes figuring out where you are, what you need, and whether we are a good fit. No pressure, no pitch.
step two
Book a Strategy Session
Once we know we are a match, we book a 60-minute working session. This is where we get into it. We dig into your business, map out what needs to happen, and figure out exactly what support looks like for you. The call is recorded and you walk away with clarity regardless of what comes next.
step three
Proposal for Services
Within a few business days, you will receive a proposal outlining exactly what we are doing and what it costs. You review it, sign the contract, and submit your invoice. Nothing starts until everything is in writing and you are good to go.

We Get to Work
After onboarding, we hit the ground running. Whether you are starting with task-based support, a premium project, or both, you will know exactly what to expect and when.

Yes. A lot of clients start with a premium project (getting something built) and then add task-based support once the foundation is in place. We can scope both during your Strategy Session.

Ask yourself this: do you need something built, or do you need someone to handle things? If it is a project with a clear end result, that is premium. If it is a recurring pile of tasks that needs a reliable person on it, that is task-based. Still not sure? That is what the Chemistry Call is for.

Premium services are scoped before we start, so you know exactly what is included before you pay. If scope changes mid-project, we talk about it. Nothing gets added to your invoice without your sign-off.

Premium projects are priced per project, not ongoing. You are not signing your life away either way. -
