Book a Chemistry Call
We spend a few minutes figuring out where you are, what you need, and whether we are a good fit. No pressure, no pitch.

step two

Book a Strategy Session
Once we know we are a match, we book a 60-minute working session. This is where we get into it. We dig into your business, map out what needs to happen, and figure out exactly what support looks like for you. The call is recorded and you walk away with clarity regardless of what comes next.

step three

Proposal for Services
Within a few business days, you will receive a proposal outlining exactly what we are doing and what it costs. You review it, sign the contract, and submit your invoice. Nothing starts until everything is in writing and you are good to go.

We Get to Work
After onboarding, we hit the ground running. Whether you are starting with task-based support, a premium project, or both, you will know exactly what to expect and when.

  • Yes. If you find yourself reaching out more consistently and a retainer starts to make more sense, we can talk through the transition on a Chemistry Call.

  • You can purchase an additional block at any time at current rates.

  • Task-based support is execution work — we handle the tasks you define. Premium services (like website builds, email marketing setup, CRM implementation, and Canva design work) are project-based with defined deliverables, always scoped and priced separately. They cannot be completed within hour blocks or a retainer.

  • Bring it to the Chemistry Call. If it’s in scope, we’ll handle it. If it falls under premium project work, we’ll scope it separately.

  • Not at all. Whether you’ve done your research and know exactly what you’re looking for, or you just know you need help and aren’t sure what to call it — the Chemistry Call is where we sort it out together.

  • Yes. All of our work is done virtually and we’ve worked with clients worldwide.

  • Among many other service providers, yes! And it’s one of the things we do really well. We build and manage full guest pipeline systems, handle all guest communications and scheduling logistics, and publish your episodes once you hand us the audio and copy.
