Every premium service starts with a Strategy Session so we understand exactly what you need before we scope the work. You get a proposal before anything begins. The timeline starts when we have everything we need from you.

We spend a few minutes figuring out where you are, what you need, and whether we are a good fit. No pressure, no pitch.
step two
Book a Strategy Session
Once we know we are a match, we book a 60-minute working session. This is where we get into it. We dig into your business, map out what needs to happen, and figure out exactly what support looks like for you. The call is recorded and you walk away with clarity regardless of what comes next.
step three
Proposal for Services
Within a few business days, you will receive a proposal outlining exactly what we are doing and what it costs. You review it, sign the contract, and submit your invoice. Nothing starts until everything is in writing and you are good to go.

We Get to Work
After onboarding, we hit the ground running. Whether you are starting with task-based support, a premium project, or both, you will know exactly what to expect and when.

Yes, with two exceptions. The 17hats Audit and 17hats Power Hour can be booked directly without a Strategy Session. All other premium services require one so we can scope the project correctly before anything starts.

No. Premium services are project-based with defined deliverables and are always scoped and priced separately. They cannot be completed within My Gal Friday hour blocks or a Pepper Potts retainer.

It depends on the service, but in general: your content or copy, brand assets, and any platform access we need. After your Strategy Session we send you a detailed list of exactly what to gather before the build begins.

It varies by service. Website builds run 2 to 4 weeks. Course setups run about 3 weeks. Email marketing setup, Canva design, and landing pages are typically 1 to 2 weeks. Timelines always begin when we have received all assets and payment.

Many clients stack services — a website build plus email marketing setup, or a course platform plus a landing page. We scope each as a separate project and can often bundle or sequence them. Bring the full picture to your Chemistry Call.
